If, for any reason, a Sevinity product that you purchase for your own personal use does not meet your expectations or are damaged when you receive them, you may contact the Customer Service team at support@sevinity.com within 60 days of the date of purchase to request a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
This return policy is not applicable to sale items, Sales Tools, or business supplies. Nor is it applicable to products purchased more than 60 days from the date of a Customer or Brand Partner’s initial enrollment.
Products purchased more than 60 days from the Customer or Brand Partner’s initial enrollment are not returnable or refundable (see section 52 of Brand Partner Policies). If you are required to return the product, you will be responsible for payment of the return shipping fees.
