With a background in economics and a commitment to servant leadership, his work focuses on integrating wellness, balance, and purpose to drive sustainable success. His guiding principles form the foundation of Sevinity’s holistic mission to support growth in both business and life.
Ken Downey
Co-Founder & CEO
Ken Downey brings deep expertise in both organic growth and acquisitions, with over 40 years of experience in launching, managing, and scaling small to medium-sized businesses. He has a proven track record of building high-performing management teams by developing specialized talent into senior leaders capable of driving strategic expansion. His work has focused on creating scalable systems and financial infrastructures that support stability and profitability during growth.
Specializing in supply chain management, Ken has fostered strong relationships between global manufacturers and major OEMs. He brings decades of cross-cultural experience, successfully navigating the operational and relational dynamics between Asian, American, and European companies. His leadership combines strategic vision with operational excellence to help businesses scale with purpose and precision.
Evelyn Monroig
VP of Sales and Latin American Development
For more than 30 years, Evelyn Monroig has been a Sales Executive, Trainer, and Market Expansion Strategist, helping companies strengthen their field organizations while leading new market launches across North America, Latin America, and Europe. A bilingual leader and Million Dollar Earner, she brings deep field credibility and corporate insight to building leadership pipelines and driving sustainable sales growth. Known for her guiding principle, “Success is your decision,” Evelyn’s leadership blends accountability with personal development.
At Sevinity, Evelyn leads Sales with a focus on international expansion, Hispanic market growth, and empowering Brand Partners through structured training and coaching. A Certified Coach with the John C. Maxwell Team and a DISC-certified trainer, she works closely with leadership to support market readiness, product launches, and field communication—helping ensure confident expansion and long-term growth.
Nate Draschil
Director of Information Technology
Nate Draschil has spent more than 25 years helping direct selling companies build technology that empowers the field and improves the customer journey. With a background spanning both SaaS software platforms and in-house IT leadership, he brings a rare blend of industry insight, technical depth, and hands-on experience creating holistic, scalable systems that reflect his core belief: IT should make life easier—even delightful—for customers, for Brand Partners, and for the teams who support them.
